而且一个重要的因素，所有统计中，欺骗性最小的，也还是得分。reb，尤其是def reb
，受任务分配影响很大。你一个大个
子，分配你box out，虽然贡献很大，你就没有reb。你一个外线，可以选择平时不跟大
个子争（关键时刻想抢总是有那个能
力，但是那不是分配的任务，术业有专攻，大包大揽才是最大的selfish），也可以选

助攻能力。诸如lebron的骑士，一人球霸，运到队友出机会或者时间到为止，
基本不打无球，结果就是球队助攻总数少，个人助攻多。当年AI和Marbury
的助攻也是这么来的。结果算出来助攻能力巨高，比起nash，deron这些个人高
球队也高的高。比起科比这样打三角，助攻平均但球队助攻数高的，得翻个个了。
usage那个数据也很搞笑。老有人以lebron跟kb的usg数据相似来说事。你运运运
运到快24秒，扔给队友，进了是助攻，没进不是你的usage。反过来科比打三角，
经常跑一圈没摸到球，快24秒了没跑出机会扔回来，你不扔谁扔，这个是usage，
是low % shot.

基本配置是这样：
2 3ton ac， 80k + 80k furnace or 80k + 60k furnace
做了几个quotes，现在有几个问题
1.品牌集中在carrier， lenox， american std， heil
根据我目前的research，貌似市场上面绝大多数ac， furnace都是大同小异，而且很
多家都被同一个公司买了，用的配件比如压缩机都是一样的。warrant也差不太远，10
年或者12年 labor + part。 在选取品牌的时候，基本上就是个人喜好了。比如heil这
个牌子，比较小众，但是仔细看review，那些complain主要是人笨怨刀钝，安装，维护
不当造成问题居多，如果是不错的dealer安装的话，应该不会有问题。
各种品牌的维护好像差距就大很多，比如carrier，如果你不想void warranty，就只
能carrier自己人来维护（这点不是很确定）。

激动。如果你有数据最好。
其次，如果你要想知道EFF为负值该有多烂，其实也很简单，你只要翻出
这几场比赛的录像比如山猫对篮网，看Vladimir Radmanovic和
Raja Bell的表现就知道，铃铛上场28分钟，前面那位先生打了19分钟，
两个人的场上效率EFF都为负值。
如果你觉得我这是刁难你，也不要紧，你可以看看火箭对爵士的录像，
到处都有。其中火箭队的David Andersen的场上效率就是负值，-1.
但是你绝对不会觉得他打的有多烂，所以，效率为负值并非一定要这个球员
烂的惊天动地。他完全可以默默地完成这个目标。希望你就此纠正这个错误
观念。
DERON WILLIAMS厉害吧，他的EFF是+ 22.67， 布鲁克斯现在就是这个水平，

你已经做了很多研究，我想说的你都说了。大多数品牌从基本级起，都有10年的零件保
证，需要注意的是labor Warranty, Contractor 一般不会给10年或12年的labor
Warranty, 如果给也是厂家给你的，contractor 会帮你去买10 年 labor warranty 的
package, 你将来会收到厂家的 10 年 labor warranty 的certificate, 也就是说估
价里这些费用已经都加上去了。如果你将来换好机器后没有收到厂家的warranty
certificate，也就意味着Contractor 是自己给你的10年人工保证，要知道10年是很
漫长的，这期间如果Contractor 发生什么变化，你的RISK 就会相当高。在sign

你已经做了很多研究，我想说的你都说了。大多数品牌从基本级起，都有10年的零件保
证，需要注意的是labor Warranty, Contractor 一般不会给10年或12年的labor
Warranty, 如果给也是厂家给你的，contractor 会帮你去买10 年 labor warranty 的
package, 你将来会收到厂家的 10 年 labor warranty 的certificate, 也就是说估
价里这些费用已经都加上去了。如果你将来换好机器后没有收到厂家的warranty
certificate，也就意味着Contractor 是自己给你的10年人工保证，要知道10年是很
漫长的，这期间如果Contractor 发生什么变化，你的RISK 就会相当高。在sign
contract 前勿必询问清楚。

数 - 罚球投丢 - 失误数)，是这些数据的简单相加，所以比较不靠谱。

一般认为Per 比eff 更有说服力。当然，任何一个数据统计，都有局限性，但是从历
史上看，per的排名，还是比较符合印象中的球星表现的。鲍文是个例外，还有battier

Declaration Date 8/15/2011
Record Date 8/31/2011
Payment Date 9/9/2011
我的理解是8月31日持有就可以一股拿到3块钱分红；9月1日就可以清仓了（为了拿分红
）。9月9日分红到帐。那个9月12日 Ex/Eff Date是什么意思呢？？？
